Ann Szczepanski
Ann is a Registered Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health PT who combines Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Bobath Therapy, and Pelvic Health to optimize nervous system input, motor control, and movement. She has a particular interest in overhead training, complex hypermobility, neurological rehabilitation, and patients who have plateaued with traditional physiotherapy. Ann also specializes in working with aerial athletes, including silks, hoop, and pole, with a focus on movement analysis, proprioception, overhead stability, and injury rehabilitation. She holds an MScPT from the University of Toronto and has completed advanced training in Bobath Therapy, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Pelvic Health, Aquatic Therapy, and Posture & Movement Analysis.
